NCE Sports Group is a solutions and service oriented company creating value through youth development, sports and tourism. We support the development of youth through sports and tourism which would enable them discover their true potential and be leaders and role models in their communities all across the United Kingdom. With the benefits of sports and tourism in the aspects of health, knowledge, well-being and global exposure. NCE sports group aims to offers solutions and services to the growth of  these sectors.


MISSION

To equip youths with talent discovery pathways for their personal and professional development.


To offer sport tourism packages for foreign tourists and coaches for the growth of the game and development of youths role models  within the NCE sports group company.


To work with clubs and football associations on job employment positions available within their organizations for their ex-youth players.


To offer support with seasoned professional coaches and mentors for the players mental and emotional well-being after their release from clubs.

Gregory Chusom

Founder and CEO


Gregory Chusom, the founder and director of NCE sports group, is a passionate football fan who believes sports can be a tool for the self-development of individuals in discovering their other hidden talents and be role models for future generations. 


He previously played football but injuries lead to him retiring after finding it difficult to get into the first team of an amateur club in Nigeria.

 

Gregory embarked on an academic pursuit and graduated with a degree in electrical and computer engineering.


He volunteered as coach of his platoon team during his national youth service year and guided his platoon to winning the tournament with him, receiving the award for the best coach of the competition. 


While serving, Gregory completed his management skills training course with the Nigerian Institute of Management and obtained a certificate in entrepreneurial leadership and management. 


Gregory later obtained two master’s degrees in business and energy engineering from Edinburgh Napier University.


His passion for football led to the establishment of NCE sports group which he envisioned to be a company with focus on sports for the development of youth talent and self discovery for them to be leaders and role models in their community.


As a registered member of the Scottish Football Association, Gregory attended coaching courses and coaching development seminars to understand to discover the problems and issues facing youth absentees from sports activities.


He has networked with professionals in the sectors of sports and has identified the issues facing with football development ad progress in the United Kngdom.


He looks forward to the youth development through sports and tourism and believes that in the future, NCE Sports Group will be solutions service company for these sectors in the United Kingdom.
